Seasonal store layout is a new niche market successfully
utilising our WOW-tours technology. Our interactive tools
help to bring the virtual merchandising to the whole new
level of demonstration and engagement. This time we invite
you to join us in the exploration of a 2009 Christmas layout
for Macy's. |

The visual part of the tour was produced based on
a prototype store in Jersey City, NJ. We worked closely
with visual communications and merchandising departments
of Macy's (NY) to shoot the facility and arrange the
scene order, interaction and placement of downloadable
materials throughout the tour.

|
This virtual store layout was enriched with several
hundred multimedia elements. Scene close-ups, Merchandising
Directives, Audio Narration hotspots and storewide
links to downloadable gift list and seasonal styling
collateral.
|
|
|
|
The animated navigation menu, in-scene area tags and
icon tags have proved to be very helpful in the store
exploration for several thousand Macy's employees
nation-wide.

|
Various materials were designed to be available right
through the tour-scenes for print-out or in-store
merchandising demos. Zooming capability was added
to the scenes as well (we are still working on the
ZOOM feature, expected publication date is October
18th.) |

|
We did provide extensive feedback for Macy's regarding
the amount of visits, average time of stay and other
standard project stats. Our report also included useability,
fun, ease of use, overall rating voted by users. Based
on the feedback provided by over 25% of visitors,
average number for each of the categories was: 4.75
out of 5. |
